Don Frazier

Don Frazier started Frazier Commercial Real Estate in 1997.  After receiving his MBA in real estate finance from the University of North Texas in 1986, he worked for major real estate companies and financial institutions such as Merrill Lynch Commercial Real Estate, Lomas & Nettleton, FSLIC, NationsBank and AMRESCO. 

Frazier Commercial is the industrial/land expert in the Denton County area and  has become heavily involved in the Cooke and Grayson County markets as well. Don has been a member of the North Texas Land Council since 2007 and has over 35 years of experience in the North Texas real estate market.

Don loves quality time with his wife and best friend, Cathy. He enjoys boating, going to the beach, traveling and spending time with family: sons Clint and Cole, daughter-in-laws, Jessica and Stephanie, and especially the grandchildren, Gage, Lane, Presley, and Abbott.

Cole Frazier

Cole graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Texas in 2011, with his BBA in Real Estate.  He began working for Frazier Commercial Real Estate in 2010 and focuses on industrial, land, and seller/landlord representation.  Cole Frazier has been a force in the North Texas real estate industry, closing over $150 million in transactions and leasing over 3 million square feet of industrial space. With a keen eye for opportunity and a relentless drive for success, Cole has established himself as a trusted advisor for clients seeking to buy or lease their property. Cole also oversees Frazier Group Property Management, a commercial and residential property management division of Frazier Commercial Real Estate.  Cole currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Denton Chamber of Commerce and Serve Denton. 

Cole is a proud alumni and supporter of Leadership Denton and the Chair of the Denton Chamber's Ambassador Program.  Cole enjoys spending time with his wife, Stephanie, and his two kids, Presley and Abbott.  He also enjoys hunting, the Dallas Stars, and your 2023 World Series Champion Texas Rangers. Cole is local to Denton and is a proud supporter of the Mean Green.  Caw Caw!

Hannah Ribera

Hannah joined Frazier Commercial in April of 2018.  She became a licensed real estate agent in 2019 and graduated with honors from Southern New Hampshire University in 2024 with a bachelor’s in business marketing. She is also a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. Hannah is a property manager at Frazier Group Property Management, the commercial and residential property management division of Frazier Commercial.

While fulfilling her role as a property manager, she simultaneously assists clients with buying and selling assets as well as leasing their investment properties. Hannah is local to Denton and enjoys being involved in the economic growth of the community. Outside of the office, she enjoys quality time with her family, being outdoors, and new experiences!

Tyler joined Frazier Commercial in June 2020 as a licensed real estate agent, playing a vital role in the company's growth into Grayson County and its neighboring areas. As a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, Tyler specializes in the industrial market of North Texas, actively involved in facilitating property acquisitions, asset sales, and leasing investment properties for our clients.

As a resident of Grayson County, Tyler values cherished moments with his wife and two daughters, as well as enjoying the beauty of Lake Texoma.
